Location Supervisor

We are experiencing phenomenal growth and are looking for someone to join our team as a Location Supervisor in Lincoln, AL.

 

Position Description:

? Responsible for ensuring all teams within assigned location(s) are operating according to PAI standards and client requirements.  Location Supervisors are expected to sort parts with the team to enable them to learn and assess the process and to be able to provide the necessary training and direction to the team members. In addition, it may be necessary to assist the team in order to meet the location?s production requirements

? Train and educate employees on proper PAI and client procedures relevant to the project

? Use progressive discipline system to document and maintain violations of employee policies

? Assume on-call responsibilities

? Meet with customer contact at the beginning of each new project

? Communicate with Customer Service regarding project status and changes in criteria

? Maintain and manage customer and location relationships through meetings and visits

? Identify any potential new business opportunities within assigned plant locations

? Utilize sales and promotional materials to develop sales contacts at assigned plant locations

? Track and report competitor activity at assigned plant locations

? Verify set-up instruction?s accuracy and revise if necessary

? Work with team to ensure job specifications are effective, making any alterations necessary

? Monitor quality system of each project, as necessary, to ensure all project requirements and specifications are being met

 

Qualifications:

? Associates degree or equivalent work experience

? 2+ years of supervisory experience

? Strong verbal and written communication skills

? Valid drivers license

? Pass a drug screen

? Ability to work full time, multiple shifts, and travel

? Proven dependability and reliability

? Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with customers and employees

? Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
