Job Description:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
. Coordinate drop shipments from offshore factories to 3rd party warehouses.
. Track world wide shipments and expedite request daily with carriers and freight forwarders
. Provide in transit reports to management
. Monitor inventory transactions at warehouse facilities for receiving, storage, shipping and inventory integrity.
. Ensure inventory accuracy between warehouse inventory system and Oracle system.
. Successfully coordinate with on site and remote teams for required results.
. Ensure records are maintained in accordance with corporate records retention policy.
QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:
. Knowledge and experience in logistic processes of:
International air and ocean freight transportation
Domestic air and land transportation
Warehouse operations and distribution programs
Working knowledge of Import and Export Compliance
. Minimum 3 years of experience in the logistics industry with heavy freight movement.

. Material Requirements Planning (MRP) Systems
. Supply Demand Processes
. Production and Inventory Control
. Purchasing/Inventory Management
. Strong written and verbal communications skills.
. Team player, but also able to work independently.
