MACHINE SET-UP OPERATOR

MACHINE SET-UP OPERATOR2nd Shift - 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Turn-Key Forging & Design, Inc., a full service provider of custom forged products and dies is currently searching for an energetic, self-starting person to join us at our Elk Grove Village facility.

Responsibilities include set-up and operations of forging Impacter machines including programming, die changing, material handling and crew direction. As lead of a three person crew this individual is responsible for the quality of all product produced on the line.

Qualified candidates will be able to use Precision measuring instruments and have the ability to read blue prints. 2-3 years of previous machine operation and set up experience is required. Previous work experience in a ISO 9000 environment an added plus.

Starting salary is $16.77/hour plus shift premium and bonus. We offer a comprehensive benefit package including 401(k) and profit sharing.
