MAINTENANCE GROUP LEADER

Overview of Position:Direct supervisor of Team Leaders & AssociatesCoordinates manning levels & assignments of associates based on maintenance demandsEnsures safe working conditions are maintained for equipment & AssociatesUnderstands, instructs & promotes the SIA production system to Team Leaders and AssociatesLeads Kaizen efforts towards continuous improvement activities related to productivity, quality & safetyEnsures compliance with all SIA rules, policies & proceduresAbility to take appropriate corrective action Conducts performance evaluations of assigned Associates Coordinates maintenance activities between production areas, Manufacturing Engineering & other sectionsManages and controls overtime schedulesDevelops and maintains reports for maintenance activitiesDevelops and controls maintenance budget

Minimum Qualifications: 4 years Maintenance experience in a heavy manufacturing environment2 years Maintenance Supervisor in an automated manufacturing environment
