Our client, a leading national organization, is looking for a MAINTENANCE MANAGER to join their already successful team.  They provide all of their employees with a wonderful community to settle in, job stability, and career growth!

 

As the newest vital member of this facility, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the maintenance department, which consists of 4 supervisors and 25 employees.  Your wide variety of duties will include scheduling, implementing a recognition programs for your employees, and updating the safety policies for the maintenance staff.  If you are a team builder, a natural leader, and detail-oriented then this position is for you!

 

To qualify for this great opening, you will need 5+ years of maintenance experience and a background within a rendering facility is preferred.  You must have Preventative Maintenance & Implementation experience.  You should have strong organizational skills and be ready to lead by example.  A B.S. in Mechanical Engineering is a major plus, but not required.
