MANUFACTURING TECHNICIAN ELECTRONIC

Typical Job Duties:

Assemble electronic components.
Test electro-mechanical devices using analytical instrumentation with a PC interface.
Maintain records of test results, inventory and shipping records.
Package and prepare shipping documents for customer orders.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

Ability to complete work on tight schedules and deadlines.
Ability to read specification and diagrams.
Demonstrated organization skills.
Ability to work in an open workspace that has many individuals sharing tools and project space and a moderate level of noise.
Knowledge of basic lab procedures a plus
Excellent computer skills and competency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to follow oral instructions.
Ability to lift over 50 pounds above shoulder level.
Ability to stand or sit for periods of 2 hours.

Experience:

2-4 years experience in testing or calibration work in a manufacturing environment
2-4 years working in an assembly/manufacturing job
Knowledge and/or work experience with analytical instrumentation or chemistry highly desirable

Education:

Associate Degree in related technical field
