Machine Operator responsibilities include:
Set up, operate and maintain CNC based brush manufacturing equipment to meet production goals.
Inspect final product per quality standards.
Make adjustments as needed, replacing and repairing worn machine parts.

Required Skills:
Ability to operate CNC automated equipment.
Prior experience setting up, troubleshooting and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
Prior experience with MS Office.
Intermediate print reading abilities.
Ability to stand for 8 + hours with frequent bending, stooping and squatting. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. while handling bulky items.

Experience Required:
2+ years of related manufacturing machine operator experience.
H.S. diploma or equivalent required. Previous CNC programming training preferred.
