DESCRIPTIONTemple Inland Paperboard and Packing is one of the leading manufacturers of corrugated box products in the nation! They are currently seeking outstanding individuals to fill 2nd and 3rd shift temp-to-hire opportunities!

Pay rates start at $10 per hour. Candidates who successfully complete a 16 week temp-to-hire conversion period will be hired at $11.93 per hour and raised to $12.38 per hour after successful completion of a 90 day probation period.

Ideal candidates will possess a solid work history with an excellent attendance record. Manufacturing/production experience helpful, but not required. Strong math aptitude as well as the ability to read measurements accurately is essential.
