We are a large electric motor repair facility in Chesapeake, Virginia looking for a Machine Shop Foreman to supervise our machine shop with the following capabilities:

- Large electric motor component repair and remachining
- Pump repair, vertical and horizontal casing repair and re-machining
- Custom design and machine work
- Rotating equipment repair and manufacturing
- Babbitt bearing repair and manufacturing
- New stator and rotor fabrication
- Welding and steel fabrication
- NDT services

Qualified candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a machine shop setting and 10 years experience in a service, repair, and/or manufacturing background. ISO 9001 and 10CFR50 Appendix B quality system exposure a plus. Candidate must be a proactive, positive individual with proven experience on managing and growing a machine shop.
