Job Purpose: Manufactures products by completing production plan; improving methods; supervising staff.

Duties:

Accomplishes production objectives by assigning, and coaching shop personnel; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; adhering to policies and procedures.

Must have the ability to motivate and manage shop personnel in a professional manner. Will be required to set up and maintain a maintenance procedure for shop equipment. Will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment by following and enforcing policies and procedures.

Skills/Qualifications:

2+ years Management Experience

5+ years Machine Shop Experience

Computer literate
