Machinists - Conventional & Numerical Control

 

Ellanef Manufacturing Corporation (A Division of Magellan Aerospace Corporation www.magellanaerospace.com) is seeking Machinists for it's Corona (Queens) and Bohemia (Long Island) manufacturing plants. We are seeking to fill the following positions:

 

*CONVENTIONAL LATHE OPERATOR

*N/C LATHE OPERATOR

*HONERS

 

N/C Lathe positions will set-up and operate the following N/C Lathes: Ikegai TC6, TU30, AX30, Mazak Slant 50, Okuma LC40 & the big LeBlond Lathe. Must be able to inspect own work to placards & blueprints. Must have experience in set-up and operation of all N/C Lathes and Conventional Lathe machines. Must be skilled in use of inspection gage and blueprint reading.

 

All positions require a minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience (aerospace experience a plus - but not mandatory) Day and Night shifts available along with O/T & night-shift differential pay.
