Mail Processing Clerks, Mail Clerks, Machine Operators Needed

Regulus has several opportunities for?Data Entry, Processing Clerks, Mail Room Clerks and Transport/Opex Operators at our?Downtown LA Site.


Available positions include day and evening shifts, full time or part-time, 2nd and 3rd shift receives shift differentials. All positions require weekends. Previous lockbox experience preferred.

General Summary of Duties


DATA ENTRY:
Duties include data entry on remittance processing image system (10,000+kph, 98% accuracy). Key specific account information accurately according to operating procedures. Balance transactions and handle rejected transactions.

PROCESSING CLERKS:

Duties include photocopying, balancing activities, data entry and encoding of deposits, generation of reports and statements. Sorting of incoming work, mailing material to customers and operating departmental machines.

TRANSPORT/OPEX OPERATORS:
Duties include operation of production equipment used to produce the Company's products. Equipment in production units including Opex 50/51, Opex 150, mail opener machine. Prolonged standing, walking, pushing and lifting is a must. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.

MAIL ROOM CLERK:

Duties include receiving and sorting incoming mail by P.O. Box number or per customer requirement. Sort and deliver priority bar coded mail. Batch and balance payments according to procedure. Maintain customer log sheets for billing purposes.


ALL POSITIONS REQUIRE:
Detail oriented, good organization skills, good hand-eye coordinationAbility to operate general office equipment and have good computer skills.Ability to work in a fast paced production environment and maintain an acceptable level of production and quality standards while meeting daily deadlines. Ability to adhere to standard operating procedures and attendance guidelines.Ability to work mandatory overtime as needed and directed by management.
