Hourly: $18.93?$23.66 / DOE

 

SPECIFIC DUTIES OF JOB:

Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair all types of machinery and support equipment in our manufacturing and warehouse locations. Additional responsibilities include: fabrication and assembly of machine parts and new equipment, qualification of new & testing equipment and manufacturing repair parts. Monitor indicators and provide preventive maintenance to circumvent the breakdown of critical equipment.

 

SKILLS CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:

Strong written and verbal communications skills. Welding experience requiring knowledge of gas, wire and stick welding applications. Experience using lathes, mills and grinders. Ability to conduct preventive maintenance, light maintenance, set-up and operation of manufacturing equipment. Must demonstrate strong analytical and listening skills.

Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, flexibility, customer focus, quality commitment and good relationships skills are required. 

 

EDUCATION CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:

High School diploma or equivalent with a verifiable GPA of 2.5 or higher in addition to 30 credit hours with a 3.0 GPA or higher in Machine Technology or equivalent. Transcripts must be provided.



EXPERIENCE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:

Four years knowledge and experience working with manufacturing and machining equipment parts i.e. metal fabrication equipment, machinist equipment and tools, and gauging to four-place decimal. Four years experience is required in maintaining and rebuilding equipment.
