Maintenance Mechanic Manager
Hydra-Electric Company is a leading manufacturer of pressure, flow and temperature switches for the aerospace industry. State of the art machining and measuring equipment is used in production. Production equipment includes CNC mills and lathes, wire EDM and punch presses.
Job Description
The qualified candidate will be hands on person that will perform machine maintenance, facility maintenance, coordinate and contract outside services as needed while overseeing our maintenance department and personnel. Successful candidate will have 5 years minimum experience with machine and facility maintenance. Related certification or college coursework strongly desired. Candidate will have hands on experience in CNC Machine tool, electrical and mechanical experience, motor and hydraulic repair with supervisory experience a must. Candidate must be an excellent trouble shooter, problem-solver, reliable with a proactive attitude to get the job done quickly in order to minimize machine downtime for our production. We are seeking an individual with experience in solid Preventive Maintenance program. Responsibilities will include supervising 3-5 people to assist them in meeting department goals.
