Maintenance Mechanic - Supervise Production

 

 

Spectro Coating Corp., a quality driven manufacturer of coating and textile specialty fabrics, is currently seeking a high energy individual with exceptional supervisory, interpersonal, mechanical and motivational skills to oversee our 2nd shift operation.  The position is a highly visible position and plays a key role in our operations. 

 

Responsibilities include overseeing plant personnel and operations (12 hour shift), ensuring safety compliance, resolving manufacturing problems and ensuring that productivity and quality standards are met. 

 

Due to the structure of our 2nd shift operation, this position will also be required to troubleshoot mechanical problems, perform preventative maintenance and install new equipment.  Working knowledge of electrical trouble shooting a plus.  Experience working in a manufacturing environment is required.
