Maintenance Supervisor - 2nd shift

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR 2NDSHIFT   Our client is a leading manufacturer that has been in business for over 100 years.  They are have an immediate need for a Maintenance Supervisor for their 2nd shift.  This position reports directly to the Maintenance Manager. REQUIREMENTS:
BS Degree REQUIRED
5 or more years experience in a maintenance supervisory role in a union environment
Experience with installation, maintenance and repair of equipment in high speed environment
Experience training personnel in operation and maintenance of equipment
Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and PLC related problems
Experience with Hydraulics and Pneumatics

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervision of a team of maintenance technicians on 2nd shift
Maintain and repair of all high speed equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and PLC problems
Improve reliability of packaging equipment
Maintain good employee relations and safe working conditions
Adhere to labor contract
