Maintenance Supervisor (38578) - Local Candidates Only

Adecco Technical has the following contract position available for a Maintenance Supervisor in Kettering, OH. Local candidates preferred - no travel/relocation or sponsorship given at this time. Below are the job details?.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Supervise a medium size group of employees involved in a skilled area
of work, which involves the construction, repair, and maintenance of
plant and equipment. Prepares work schedules, assigns work, and
oversees the work product. Work is of a technical nature with
decisions made within the limits of general procedures. Relies on
experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a
variety of complicated tasks. A certain degree of creativity and
latitude is required. Typically reports to a manager.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Relatively high level of analytical ability where problems are
complex* Ability to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings*
Knowledge of basic math including trigonometry* Oral and written
communications skills* Medium level of interpersonal skills

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
10+ years of relevant experience

EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High school graduate or equivalent training, plus additional training
such as that acquired in the first two years of college or technical
school. Training in skilled trades area or equivalent technical training

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ANY SHIFT... NO COLLEGE DEGREE REQUIRED.
MUST HAVE A SOLID WORK HISTORY. MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 10 YEARS MAINTENANCE SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED.
