Maintenance Supervisor - Automotive / Plastics - 3rd Shift
Job Description: Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Maintenance Supervisor who is hands-on and skilled with working on molding machines. The ideal candidate will supervise the maintenance staff throughout the company?s nightly operations.
Requirements:
5 to 7 years of relevant working experience
Working knowledge of
Electrical engineering
PLCs
Hydraulics
Strong leadership skills
Ability to motivate fellow team members
Possess a high level of energy
Capable of working within a stressful environment
Education:
Associates Degree
Preferred Experience:
Possessing the following would be a plus in considering you for this position
3 to 5 years experience in supervision
Background working in the automotive or molding industry
Prior experience functioning as a hands-on, maintenance technician
Rate of Pay:
$45,000 to $52,000 Yearly
Hours:
3rd Shift
