Maintenance Technician I- III 3 Openings

Essential Functions

Maintenance Technicians work a compressed shift assignment, supporting 24x7 manufacturing operations. Responsible for all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Thin Films equipment. Support equipment and process engineering in data collection, tool installation, and equipment modification as required and perform data analysis and documentation of maintenance procedures and routine tasks. Comply with OSHA Safety and Health rules. Interface with equipment suppliers and purchasing department. Collect, organize and evaluate maintenance and process data. Prepare and maintain necessary documentation. Install and bring up new equipment. Modify equipment to meet processing goals. Maintain the quality of DI water, N2 gas, high purity air, and cylinder gasesOther Responsibilities

Assist in resolution of urgent production issues in a timely manner. Work with process technicians to meet operations and team goals. Train technicians and operators in routine operator maintenance. Coverage for compressed work week vacation schedule.Minimum Qualifications

AS Degree in Engineering or equivalent plus one year of related experience. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, maintenance manuals and engineering sketches, utilize complicated drawings and specifications, advanced mathematics, and a variety of precision measuring equipment. Experience with clean room, high vacuum, plasma etching, photolithography, wet processing equipment and wastewater treatment. Ability to define and improve a preventative maintenance program. Demonstrated ability to work on assignments where independent action and a high degree of initiative are required to succeed. Strong communication and problem solving skills as well as ability to work inside a team as a leader and member. Computer literate; PC experience utilizing word processing, database, spreadsheet.  Visual Basic, C++ and ladder logic programming (PLC) also desired. Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and procedures and thin film processes and equipment as well as component level troubleshooting skills are desired. Trade knowledge equivalent to training received in a formal registered apprentice program is preferred.Environmental Considerations

Routine bending, lifting 40 ? 80 lbs, and heavier equipment with assistance. Ability to climb 16-foot ladder and service equipment on cat walks. Ability to work with hazardous materials and chemicals and follow safety procedures.We currently have 3 Maintenance Technician positions open!Please reference Job # 05-58105 when applying
