Shift: 1st shift (5:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.), 2nd shift (2:30pm ? 11:30 pm)

 

Excellent opportunity for the well-rounded, experienced, Maintenance Technician. Minimum 2 years of experience in a Manufacturing environment with Electrical, Mechanical and Semi-automation background.  We are looking for an individual who is interested in broadening his/her skills by training on our unique drill-fill broom machines for our Northlake facility

 

Requirements:

 

?  Associate?s degree or completion of Certificate program from an accredited college or technical training program

 

?  Work Experience: 2-3 years (w/Associate?s degree), 3-5 years (w/Certificate) ? industrial, facility, and/or machine maintenance

 

?  Top-notch trouble shooting, repair, and preventive maintenance skills

 

?  Experience with automated/semi-automated machinery needed

 

?  Ability to prioritize multiple tasks

 

?  Excellent safety behavior, organization skills, and technical ability

 

?  Interact/work well with all level of employees

 

?  Understanding of good manufacturing practices, continuous improvement, and quality control

 

?  Pluses: experience using computerized maintenance management system; bilingual ? Spanish

 

?  Flexibility to work overtime when needed (occasional Saturdays & extended shifts)

 

?  Experience with packaging machines and injection molding machines
