Pilgrim's Pride is seeking a Management Trainee for our Waco, TX location. This position will gain knowledge and experience required for promotion to supervisory positions under the direction of experienced personnel by receiving training in all aspects of the production process as well as other support areas. After completion of training, trainee will be able to assume a supervisory position within the operation of the company as needed.

Required Skills:
Basic Qualifications:

1. Prior experience in Poultry Industry preferred.
2. Prior Supervisory experience preferred.
3. Basic math skills, communication, reading/interpretation, and reasoning skills a must.
4. Must be able to work in a cold and wet environment and stand for long periods of time.
5. Must be self-motivated and able to work well with other partners, both hourly and salaried.
6. Must possess good communication skills.
7. Must be a team player who is committed to Continuous Improvement.

Education:

Must have a BS or BA degree in a related field.
