Job Description:

 

Hands-On Management approach to support a high volume production operation of automotive interior parts. This individual must be highly motivated and capable of communicating with all levels of management. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Meeting the daily customer production, delivery & quality requirements as communicated through Production Control.Ensure staffing and assigning proper manpower requirements to accomplish this task.Communicate with and coordinate tooling, maintenance, materials, and quality.Control departments to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the manufacturing departments.Work with Engineering, Quality Control, Facilities, Human Resources and Production Control to ensure proper start up of new projects.Coordinate and be responsible for achieving performance improvements in the areas of Safety, Quality, Deliver and Cost Reduction.Meet further expectations of the organization through Team member development, both classroom and Hands-on.

 

 

Requirements:

 

Bachelor?s or Masters degree in Engineering (manufacturing or industrial) required or relevant equivalent experience with a background of implementing mid to large scale Manufacturing Systems.3 - 5 years Management and related Engineering Experience preferred.
