DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Coordinate and manage forward internationally.
? Oversight of worldwide third party logistics suppliers, order fulfillment and freight forwarders
? Heavy coordination between 3PLs, 4PLs and internal McAfee departments in US, Europe & APAC regions
? Project creation and management for high volume product shipping as well as specialty HW lines
? Communication at upper management levels for all projects and daily activities
? Maintenance and application of McAfee routing guide
? Enforcement and adherence to customer routing guides
? Heavy attention to cost control and reduction plans
? Assemble and provide consolidated forecast to MDS scheduler
? Assist in inventory management from all related points to McAfee customers.
? Maintain materials receiving and reporting processes, review at 3PL
? Coordinate reverse logistics with US-based RMA team
? Interface with carriers to ensure highest level of service at best possible cost.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

7 Years in fulfillment & logistics or related industry

? Successful track record in driving cost reductions
? Experience with Freight management and effective cost routing
? Ability to make decisions based on experience that have positive effect on company performance
? Proficient in MS Office applications.
