Manager Process Quality (Quality Engineering) - (ES10721)

Candidate will be responsible for the Management and Direction of the Process Quality function in our corporation. Responsibilities include: Customer interface, problem solving, root cause / corrective action process, process capability for product groups and new product program introduction. Candidate will be required to manage the day-to-day requirements for Quality Engineers and their evaluation and training. Candidate must have Quality Management or supervisory experience in a technology or manufacturing company. Candidate will be required to have a record of steadily increasing responsibility and accountability in Quality or Manufacturing disciplines.


Candidates must have BS engineering degree with a minimum of 10 years experience in manufacturing environment. Candidates must have knowledge of Quality Engineering principles and application. ASQ-CQE preferred. Knowledge and application of Statistical Quality methods, including SPC, Design of Experiments and Six Sigma (DMAIC). Six Sigma Black Belt (certification preferred). Proven managerial skills with excellent oral and written communication abilities. Enterprise software applications will be a plus.
