Manager of Operations

  Job Summary   

 

Management of production center operations.  Achievement of production center fulfillment goals while ensuring exceptional quality, cost effectiveness and efficiency.  Staffing, management, retention, development and coordination of employees and temporary staff to ensure suitable workforce talent for client and business production volumes. 

 

Design, development and implementation of processes, procedures and metrics for production center.  Analysis of production center metrics and coordination with senior management to enhance production trends.  Strategic planning and collaboration with senior management, operations and support divisions for short term and long-term production center needs and changes, customer specific needs or center enhancements

 

Qualifications

?  Bachelor?s degree and 5-10 years management experience within production center or a combination of suitable levels of education and experience.

?  Excellent written and verbal English communication abilities

?  Experience in the cellular repair industry including basic knowledge of technical components, cellular technology or related products, including testing devices. 

?  Advanced MS Word/Excel and related presentation applications experience

?  Proven ability to deliver consistent production center results.
