This organization seeks a Manager of Operations for their corporate offices located in the midwestern U.S.  Their profits and success rate continues to be outstanding and this position does offer realistic room for advancement based on performance.

 

This well known and well respected international organization is expanding and needs a dynamic individual with experience in logistics and distribution. This person MUST have outstanding leadership skills as this position will manage 5 direct reports (managerssupervisors). Candidates MUST show obvious enthusiasm and be high-energy with a strong successful history managing others in a distribution and logistics environment.

 

 

SALARY:  $75,000 to $100,000 (depending upon experience, realistic maximum)

ANNUAL BONUS:  $15,000 to $20,000

SIGN-ON BONUS: Negotiable

- A completed 4-year college degree (any major)

- 2 to 12 Years experience in management in one of these: a Distribution Environment (may be in a manufacturing or distribution environment) or Materials Manager or Quality Manager or Customer Service Manager or Human Resources Manager (in a Distribution Environment)

- Experience managing supervisors or team leaders or managers is a MUST for this role.

- A track record of excellence and 'being above the rest!'

- Strong computer skills

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- MUST demonstrate (on the phone initially) clear enthusiasm and high-energy
