Manufacturing Engineer II/III - Medical Device

Our client is a publicly traded company with 20+ years in the medical device industry.  This global organization specializes in single-use medical devices and is poised to deepen its market penetration through their continued commitment to R&D.  Their continued growth has created an opening for a Manufacturing Engineer II/III. 

 

In this role you will define and refine development processes to increase the efficiency and quality of products.  You will also assist in the transition of products from development to production.  The ME II/III will design appropriate fixtures and ancillary equipment and will be the key contact for all departments as relates to the manufacturing process.

 

To be successful in this role you will have:

 

?  Bachelors in Engineering and prior medical device experience. 

?  Thorough understanding of manufacturing methodologies ? IQ/OQ/PQ, Validation, etc.

?  Prior experience creating purchase specs as well as functional testing of raw materials and finished products.
