In this highly visible and responsible position, you will be required to ensure that the Laser engine clean room team meets management's expectations in terms of quantity, quality, customer service and compliance to regulatory and quality standards and policy. You are expected to learn the Department's protocols, manage product and material flow, be responsible for inventory accuracy, meeting build plan while maintaining a high level of labor efficiency.

You must possess strong interpersonal skills, good verbal and written communication skills, good working knowledge of JD Edwards Job shop and production job planning modules and function, good documentation practices knowledge, good production flow and inventory control knowledge and ability. Technical product/ laser knowledge is a plus. You must have good basic presentation skills, and most importantly demonstrate effective leadership, and team building skills.

Requires a High school education or G.E.D. and 3 years of specialized technical or other education. Six months of related external experience with 4 years of Alcon experience as a lead, a backup lead.
