This individual must demonstrate obvious enthusiasm and excellent communication skills during the initial phone interview and have the ability to effectively manage and motivate others in a team oriented & collaborative management style.  This corporation is a very Team-Oriented atmosphere. 

 

SALARY:NEGOTIABLE BASED ON EXPERIENCE

Requirements(your resume must show these):

 

-BA or BS degree required in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (PLEASE, do not apply unless you have this, my client will consider only these)

-Experience managing or supervising others

-Minimum of 3 years manufacturing maintenance supervisory experience

-Minimum of 5 years manufacturing environment experience







-Experience in a high-speed, high-volume automated manufacturing environment (NO exceptions)







-Strong computer skills



-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
