The person hired MUST have a 4-year college degree in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. This individual must demonstrate obvious enthusiasm and excellent communication skills?during the initial phone interview and have the ability to effectively manage and motivate others in a team oriented & collaborative management style.? SALARY:???$62,000 to $72,000 (depending upon experience)

RELOCATION PACKAGE

Requirements(your resume must show these):

?

-BA or BS degree required in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (PLEASE, do not apply unless you have this, my client will consider only these)

-Experience managing or supervising others

-Minimum of 3 years manufacturing maintenance supervisory experience

-Minimum of 5 years manufacturing environment experience







-Experience in a high-speed, high-volume automated manufacturing environment (NO exceptions)







-Strong computer skills



-Excellent?communication skills, both verbal and written
