Hello, this is Jim Guerrera and I am a recruiter. I am working on a great opportunity for a leading industrial metal stamping manufacturer. We are looking for a Manaufacturing Manager.

Background Requirements:
Bachelors Degree (preferrably in engineering)
Hands-on metal stamping manufacturing experience
Manufacturing Management experience (overseeing teams and people)
Bi-Lingual skills are preferred (English and Spanish)

Scope of the Position:
Work out of local manufacturing facility
Report to the Plant Manager
Manage 5 salaried employees (engineers, quality, safety, production)
Manage over 100 hourly employees

Offering:
Base salar in the 80K - 90K Range
Bonus of 10% - 15%
