Manufacturing Operator - Long Term Supplemental

Full Time Long Term Supplemental. Technology Group develops and implements a full range of technologies that power many of the world's information systems, including semiconductors, storage devices, displays and networking components. Technology Group includes the Storage Technology Division and the Microelectronics Division. We are looking to fill several Long Term Supplemental positions in our Burlington Vt facility. The job responsibilities will include training and certification on processes and equipment in a cleanroom environment. Candidates must have good communication skills, the ability to perform a variety of tasks at various levels of complexity, be self motivated, and have strong system skills. Physical requirements may include, but are not limited to, lifting and prolonged sitting and/or standing. Most positions are for the Alternate Work Schedule (AWS). Candidates must be flexible in meeting the overtime demands and production hours. This may include working weekends or holiday hours. Long Term Supplemental positions are project-based positions that can last up to 3 yrs in length, but will never exceed that time. These positions do offer IBM benefits as well as time off. Major Field of Study:High School or equivalency. Previous Manufacturing Experience a plus. Good Communication Skills. Able to work in a team environment.
