Naprotek, Inc is a small Contract Manufacturing Company located in Santa Clara, Ca and we are in the process of hiring a Manufacturing Process Engineer with 4 years College or equivalent plus a minimum of 5? years experience in quality/process improvement activities, or 4 years plus project engineer experience.

Primary Responsibilities will be to provide engineering support to the production group to meet manufacturability, quality and cost requirements.

?

Major functions will be to review customer documents an develop processes.? Support SMT line: Program and Troubleshooting.? Create or order tooling to ensure productivity and quality.? Resolve quality and manufacturing process issues.? Implement ECO and coordinate with customers design changes and respond to their requests.? Lead the resolution on all manufacturing technical issues in partnership with other teams.? Establish procedures related to the manufacturing process and production equipments.

Computer skills, such as Windows, DOS, Excel,?Microsoft Word application.? Have knowledge of PCB assembly methods, procedures, and? IPC standard.?
