Manufacturing Production Supervisor

ProSource HR, a leader in Direct Placement Staffing located in Bedford, TX has partnered with a Fort Worth food manufacturer to find a Top-Level Production Supervisor for its food processing facility. This assignment is an ?employer paid? search. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Production Supervisor in a fast paced manufacturing environment; preferably from within the food industry, where a strong attention to GMP?s, FDA and USDA regulations are commonplace. A four year degree is required. However, our client is most interested in finding the right person who can lead and provide motivation in fast paced manufacturing environment.This position will report to the Shift Superintendent and would be best suited for someone looking for a long-term career with a stable company.
