Manufacturing Supervisor

Currently, we have an opening for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Supervisor in the East Greenwich area.

 

Responsible for providing daily leadership by ensuring employees have raw materials, instructions, guidance, machine and cell availability to meet production requirements, ensure workplace safety and security, monitor productivity and quality, ensure on-time delivery, evaluate manufacturing processes for efficiency improvements, and driving continuous improvement projects. Daily responsibilities also include providing training, support and guidance to employees such as job assignments, scheduling of vacation, job coaching and disciplinary action, documenting hours of work and pay, and conflict resolution.

Qualifications:
Must have 3-5 years experience as a Manufacturing Supervisor. Previous experience with Lean manufacturing, SPC, and employee development, as well as strong interpersonal, problem/conflict resolution, and data driven decision making skills required. Bachelors Degree preferred.
