CNC Machinists - Most CNC Machinist positons will start at $18.00hr + 10% shift premium. However, if I find a highly-skilled CNC VTL (Vertical Turrent Lathe) operator with the skill level that we require and is willing to work 2nd shift, starting salary at $22.00 hr + shift premium.

 

Sheet Metal Workers - 7 openings, mostly 2nd shift. ($14.00hr - $17.00hr + 10% shift premium)

 

Project Engineer - 2 openings, must be fully knowledgable in aerospace and aviation turbine engines.

 

Engineering Manager - Incentive compensation available in addition to the base salary, based on individual and company performance. Must have a minimum of fifteen years experience as an engineering manager in an aerospace manufacturing environment. Must be senior management level with strong engineering skills. Must have a bachelors degree in engineering (preferably aerospace). Prefer individual with a masters degree in aerospace engineering, plus fifteen years experience as a senior level engineering manager.

 

Quality Engineer - Responsible for the review of purchase orders, customer specifications and drawings. Work closely with the Engineers to develop the quality plans within our manufacturing work insturctions, tool and gauge concepts review and approval and first article inspection plans. Work closely with the shop and engineering regarding the disposition of nonconforming material, source inspection and SPC analysis where required. Provide the flow of the requirements to our suppliers. Provide the technical support to the shop as required. BS Technical degree and a minimum of five years of related experience. Must be familiar with CAD, word processing and spreadsheets. Working knowledge of SPC and Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing techniques a plus. Aircraft turbine engine experience.

 

NC Programmer - Program CNC machines, requires Unigraphics or Master Cam experience in programming.

 

NDT Level 2 - Must be certified for FPI in aerospace disciplines.

 

Laser Operator - Establish cutting, drilling, and tre-panning based on blueprints, process sheet or sketches. Perform set up per back-up sheets. Inspect work per back-up sheets, using micrometers height gauges and calipers. Conduct specified tests, evaluate test results, make the necessary corrections and maintain the required records. Maintain the equipment and order the spare parts. Load, delete and program the computer. Demonstrate a good mechanical aptitude. High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years related experience. Proficient in set-up and operation of CNC machines.
