Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Demonstrated ability to set up and operate production equipment.

* Must have basic mathematical and recordkeeping skills.

* Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, to learn standard procedures, and to complete routine written reports.

* Ability to perform routine work with consistent quality and dependable accuracy.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Capable of making entries into batch records, log books, and status tags according to SOP's.

* Capable of operating all equipment associated with one of the following production areas: Packaging; Liquids Filling; Specialty; Solids Manufacture; Liquids Manufacture.

* Must complete GMP training.

* Knows and follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for all processes assigned.

* Performs clean-up after processes have been completed.

* Performs weights, measurements, counts, calculations and records information on batch records.

* Takes samples as directed in batch records and SOP's.

* Follows safety rules and maintains proper safety practices at all times.

* Performs other duties as assigned.
