Cellone Bakery is the leading wholesale Italian bread bakery in Pittsburgh, serving the tri-state area and delivering frozen products throughout the country. 

 

Dedicated to serving the finest Italian bread and rolls the fully-automated bakery is entering the fourth generation of family ownership in quality baking.

 

We are currently looking for a Production Manager to schedule daily production for the company. 

 

The applicant must be able to work in a fast-paced office with heavy call-volume, and have a proven ability to work efficiently under a deadline.  Primary job function will consist of coordinating orders, producing reports and communicating with production staff. 

 

Must have high 10 key-stroke, great customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft programs.

 

Familiarity with Bakers Dozen software and experience in food production a plus.
