MANUFACTURING COACH

 

Taylor Made Systems, a subsidiary of the Taylor Made Group, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Coach to join our Gloversville, NY Team.  The Manufacturing Coach is responsible for:

 Leading one of our Manufacturing Teams to meet or surpass internal and external customer expectations with Safety, Quality, Productivity, and On-Time DeliveryLeading Safety expectations including OSHA complianceLeading Continual Improvement objectives and expectationsLeading Problem Solving EffortsLeading Lean Enterprising objectives and expectationsLeading ISO Compliance objectives and expectationsLeading Associate Skill Set Development and Associate abilities to perform requirements effectivelyAssignment of jobs to AssociatesDevelop Production Schedules that will enable us to meet or surpass internal and external customer expectationsAdministration of company policies and procedures to include Associate Corrective Action/Disciplinary Actions and Associate Performance Evaluations.Completion of accurate documentation and reportsEffectively communicating with all levels of Team members

Qualified Candidates should posses the following credentials:Associates Degree >in Business, Engineering or related fieldFive (5) years of supervision experience in a manufacturing environmentProject Management experienceEffective Internal and External Customer and Supplier communication skillsEffective ability to utilize Microsoft Excel and Word based software
