Our client is growing and promoting employees. As a result of this they need to fill 3 manufacturing supervisor positions. These people facilitate and supervise the management of production teams for one or more production area. This includes as many as 75 direct production employees.

Requirements:
1. Prefer and Associates degree in Management, Electronics, Materials Management or a related field and 3+ years of manufacturing supervision experience. Alternatively the company will consider a high school graduate with 6+ years of solid supervision experience or a Bachelors degreed person in the fields of Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology or Electrical Engineering and 1+ year of supervision experience.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills are a must. This person must be promotable, i.e. career driven
3. Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma practices is helpful

Duties:
1. Responsible for maintaining high volume production of electrical products at a competitive cost and consistent with quality requirements.
2. Responsible for managing departmental expenses to budget and according to business conditions.
3. Responsible for leading and participating in continuous improvement projects in areas of responsibility.
4. Responsible for fostering success of projects and initiatives intended to improve customer and business success.
