Marketing Coordinator

WeatherBeeta USA Inc is a dynamic equestrian wholesale company that operates in the United States, Australia, United Kingdom and New Zealand.  We have been established for more than 20 years and we are the leading distributor of products and clothing for the horse and rider.

 

We are currently seeking an energetic marketing professional to join our company based in

Edison, New Jersey.

 

The successful applicant will lead a small dedicated team to co-ordinate the marketing of WeatherBeeta brands within the USA to contribute to our growth. The role is responsible for developing local marketing and promotions strategies and plans within our Group guidelines and taking full responsibility for their implementation. Working closely with our Australian head office and local Sales and Product Development teams this is an opportunity to make an impact on our rapidly growing business.

 

It is expected that to be successful in this role you will already have these key qualifications:

 

Must have an active interest in horses and a burning desire to work in the equine industry.

 

?  A marketing degree with at least two years practical experience;

?  Developed and documented a national marketing plan for at least one product group using

established frameworks;

?  Contributed to budget setting and understood the relationship between sales, margin and profit;

?  Managed projects to schedule and budget;

?  Lead a small team to deliver results;

?  Developed a reputation for using marketing expertise to deliver a positive impact on sales;

?  Dealt effectively with people at various levels within an organisation and influenced others to meet

  agreed standards;

?  Well developed written and verbal skills;
