Marketing/Customer Service Specialist

Fast-growing food processor in the south side of Chicago is seeking a Marketing/Customer Service Specialist.  Some basic functions are:  To act as front-line interface with customers, providing courteous, tactful and professional interaction in a Customer Service role.  To act as Marketing Support in maintaining marketing calendar, coordinating marketing activities, interfacing with outside consultants, tracking inventory of marketing materials and participating in the creation of marketing items such as press releases, advertisements, brochures, etc.

 

Some of the Requirements are:Minimum of 2yrs experience in customer serviceMinimum of 2yrs experience in marketing field Excellent communication skills- both oral and writtenAssociates degree in liberal arts/business or equivalent preferredAdvanced computer skills, particularly Word, Excel, Power Point, PhotoShop, AdobeDetail oriented, good analytical skills, ability to manage multiple projectsStrong interpersonal skills

 

Position reports to Customer Service Manager.
