Co., Inc. maintain its status as a leader in the Aerospace industry by acting as the Master Machinist who produces machined parts; plans machining; programs mills and lathes; sets-up mills and lathes; verifies settings; maintains specifications; maintains safe operations; maintains equipment; maintains continuity among work shifts; documents actions; updates job knowledge; accomplishes organization goals.

Qualifications

Required

Has the functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job at the highest level of accomplishment.

Maintains painstaking attention to detail, completing multiple or repetitive tasks. Demonstrates a serious commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals or deadlines.

Articulates ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience.

Must be able to generate CNC programs either from scratch, or from Mastercam.

Applicant must be self motivated and willing to take any necessary steps to get the job done.

Preferred

Expert at using manufacturing equipment controls and instrumentation to monitor progress and determine actions.

Strong understanding of tooling equipment, tooling process, and industrial trends.

Skilled at analyzing complex functions, procedures, and problems to find creative, logical, and effective solutions.

Experience with process improvement methodologies to improve capacity, productivity, and cost. Committed to continuous improvement.

High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
