Materials Analyst/Planner 2

1) Order processing - assign lot numbers, process requisitions, source, negotiate schedules
2) Material Requirements - maintain stocking programs, spreadsheets, sell excess roll stock, maintain physical inventory, process special order roll stock requisitions
3) Accounts Receivable - match audits, accruals, invoicing and receiving problem solving, debit memos
4) Review quality concerns / rejections
5) Create/Request MID numbers
6) Request quotes
7) Expedite electronic manifests
8) Special projects as assigned
9) Monthly reports / correspondence
10) Vacation relief within team
11) Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Ability to utilize computer applications
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in an inclusive, team oriented environment
- This is primarily a day shift, some overtime may be required
