Currently, we have an opening for a Materials Handler in our Parsippany facility.  The responsibilities for this position include:

 

? Fill orders accurately using picking documents and/or RF scanners

? Execute movements of products, supplies and other materials according to established policies and procedures

? Operate hi-lo equipment and/ or pallet jack to effectively and safely move products and materials

? Storage and retrieval of product from pallet rack and other storage devices according to procedures established by PNY

? Accurate and timely fulfillment of work orders and sales orders

? Perform inventory cycle counts as needed

? Compliance with PNY?s procedures and guidelines in order to minimize inventory discrepancies

? Safely operates forklift and pallet jack equipment

? Maintenance and cleanliness of work area on an ongoing basis

? Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

 

 Requirements:

 

? High School diploma or GED; at least 6 months of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified

? Knowledge of warehousing methodology

? Ability to multitask and work as part of a team

? Proficient with barcode scanning equipment

? Forklift certification
