Qualifications:

Must have a minimum of 5 years related work experience in a role such as Materials Manager, Production Planning Manager, Inventory Control Manager, Supply Chain Manager, etc.

SAP experience preferred.

Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, Master's degree a plus.

Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.

 



Responsibilities:

Will lead the materials team such that all delivery, inventory, and plant objectives are attained. 

Will support demand management efforts ensuring that inventory turns and levels are met each month. 

Will provide leadership within the facility while striving to improve turns and inventory management methods.  Will utilize new and existing technology to improve accuracy and productivity of plant systems.Responsible for managing all plant Material Management functions to ensure the flow of materials from the supplier through production to the customer. Leads team to focus on customer service and overall plant efficiency while maintaining minimum inventory and transportation costs.
