Small, growing company seeking highly motivated individual to perform assembly on our electrical control panels. The qualified individual must be experienced. This position requires knowledge of light mechanical assembly of the control panel box (enclosure) and also experience in wire terminations based on schematics.

We have been in business for just over 7 years though the founders of the company have been in the industry for a combined total of over 60 years. We are located in Irving, TX one mile south of Hwy 183 on Belt Line. For those unfamiliar with the area, we are less than 5 miles from DFW airport.

As a small company, your specific title may not be what you do at all times. Working for a small company allows great opportunities to increase your value to the company by learning much more than just  assembly.

General Expectations:
We are a very small company. We currently have 12 members of our company. We have doubled sales the previous two years in a row and are projecting an equal growth rate for the next two years. As a member of a small company, you may be asked to help with virtually anything. If you are used to the structure and multi-headed monster that some larger companies are, this job will certainly be nothing similar. We hire for attitude and work ethic above all else. Experience is great if you have it but a bad attitude or poor work ethic will quickly outweigh the benefit of all amounts of experience. Our number one goal is customer satisfaction at all times and that does not end at 5:00 PM. If the problem is not resolved, we do not leave. Our reputation for service is second to none and any potential applicant should consider how they will serve to improve our reputation, not just maintain it.

 

We hire in at the wages listed and perform initial reviews at 90 days. Afterwards, reviews are done yearly and raises are given based on merit and performance not on longevity.
