Global company is seeking an Mechanical Design Engineer for design and manufacturing facility located in the Southwest. Candidate must have a Bachelor?s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering with experience in the following: Mechanical Design of: Sheet metal enclosures, Pressure vessels, SolidWorks modeling of large assemblies and Product Certification familiarity is a plus (particularly PED for the CE mark). Experience with design and documentation of enclosures, mechanical and electro-mechanical components using Computer-Aided Design tools. Experience in trouble-shooting and correcting problems on the production floor and updating obsolete parts. Experience in project management for projects ranging from simple product improvements to new product development involving an entire team. Experience in performing all project management functions to take a product from concept (specification) to production (validated product). Relocation is available for the right candidate.
