Mold Maker
Located in the Beautiful Northwest, Cascade Plastics Company, Inc. is seeking a qualified individual to be a Mold Maker in a great team environment. This person will be responsible for: maintaining a variety of molds, templates, fixtures, jigs, for use in injection molding; building new molds; repairs on existing molds; modifications on existing molds or tools; perform machine set-up; run moderately complex machines; work to very close tolerances; basic CNC machining; proficient with MasterCam/CAD systems; read and understand all prints. This candidate must have 5+ years experience in molds and use of tool room machines, plus various precision tools. Supervisory experience a plus. Professional characteristics desired: Positive, open communicator, team player, proactive and self-motivated, action-oriented, flexible, dedicated and loyal, willing to take on challenges, high degree of integrity, low ego but strong presence, understands the importance of quality, and treats people with respect. This is an excellent opportunity to continue a career with a stable, well-established Fife, Washington based company. Salary is D.O.Q.
