Molding Manager

Must be experienced in plastic injection molding in a contract manufacturing environment.  Responsibilities are managing our complete operation that includes:  scheduling, purchasing of materials, inventory control, warehouse management and control, manufacturing cost analysis and control, understanding of standards and creation of standards.  Must be a people person and communicate well and clear to our organization, be a mentor and teacher, able to manage day to day, plus introduction of new product into factory and be familiar with assembly and test methods and TS quality environment. I.E. or Industrial Management Degree, computer literate in Microsoft Office and be able to use scheduling and purchasing system on AS-400.  To report directly to President of Company.
